- 82 bed dormitory building with some lockable rooms, with double bunks and mattresses (78 beds in the dorms including 2 sick bay beds, and 4 beds in the cook’s quarters)

- Large walk in cool room, walk in dry store/pantry and large chest freezer
- 1 commercial oven and 6 burner stove top with exhaust fan, 1 commercial flat grill, 2 microwaves, toasters, urn and electric kettle
- Crockery, cutlery, serving dishes, utensils, baking/cooking trays, pots and pans
- Stainless steel bench tops, 1 double commercial sink, 1 single commercial sink, dish racks, 1 hand basin and bins
- Wet area and dish washing station with water cooler, stainless steel benchtops, 2 double commercial sinks, dish racks and towel rails
- One dining hall for meals or for activities and meetings in between meals
- Tables and chairs, kitchen server and stainless steel serving benchtops
- Blackboard, fireplace, fire screen, fire wood box, fire tool caddy (20kg bag of firewood available to purchase- fire permitting only)
- Parade ground and flag pole, large outdoor shelter with seating, outside fire ring
- Shower and toilet facilities, shared with the Lair and the Manor
- Separate toilet and shower for leaders and disabled

*The minimum hire is 2 nights and 3 nights on long weekends, with check in times of 2pm Monday – Thursday and 5pm Friday – Sunday, and check out times of 10am Monday – Friday and 4pm Saturday and Sunday. Early check in & late check out are sometimes possible subject to availability, which would incur an additional half day charge per person.
Minimum charge applies: 30 persons.
